About Meredith

As a licensed masters-level Occupational Therapist who has been in the assisted living, memory care, Outpatient rehabilitation, and skilled nursing industry for over 20 years, Meredith's experience in working with adults 55+ has given her extensive knowledge in assessing a Senior adult’s functional and home environment needs. Meredith diverse experiences include distinct expertise in working with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) vetting and selecting healthcare vendors in the senior living space. Meredith has helped Senior Living service providers develop selection criteria and quality metrics and standards for vendor relationships. Meredith has been certified by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

As a highly qualified and experienced service leader, Meredith is also very passionate about ensuring Seniors voices are heard through legislation and is certified by the National Institute for Lobbying Ethics in Public Policy and utilizes this expertise to advocate for Senior citizens healthcare benefits with members of the US Congress.

Sue has led, managed, and developed the careers of many leaders in the healthcare industry with accolades as a Gallup University “Great Manager”. Sue brings an invaluable skill set to create, execute, and maintain an exceptional experience for our customers.

Genise holds more than 30 years of operational experience working in both Acute Hospital and Post-Acute Settings and has overseen the ancillary services division for a national healthcare company, which provided her with extensive expertise in our vendor selection protocols. She is a well-known leader in the skilled nursing contract rehabilitation industry, recognized as a Gallup Top 10 Leader in Healthcare. In addition, Genise is recognized as a Certified Relocation Transition Specialist through the National Association of Senior Move Managers. This organization represents distinct standards of excellence in senior relocation, home transition, downsizing and move management services. Her expertise provides A-eon clients with a broad spectrum of moving and age-in-place services recommendations for senior clients, their families and caregivers.
